Grandfriends Day

We welcome all Grandfriends to The Burlington School on September 10th at 9:00a.m.-9:30a.m.
Last year's Grandfriends Day was so popular that we are excited to welcome all Grandfriends back to campus in a COVID-safe way on September 10th.
Grandfriends Day will celebrate the relationships we have with those across the generations. This will be held in a “drive-through” or parade style and the parade route will be clearly marked for our visitors. Our Lower School students will line the parade route and cheer for our grandfriends, who will seek to spy their favorite Lower School student! We invite you to decorate your vehicle so that it may stand out to your student. If a grandparent cannot attend, we encourage our families to have a Grandfriend attend, even if it is a youthful friend that happens to be grand!
We know that our Grandfriends are just as excited to see their student as our students are them, so for the safety of others and for consideration of other Grandfriends, please refrain from exiting your vehicle during the parade.
